Why Right to Recall Lokpal is must?

Post by admin » Thu Apr 14, 2011 12:11 pm

Lokpal's remote control will be in the hands of Supreme Court judges because as per Lokpal-law-draft, SCjs can expel him anyday, and Lokpal doesnt have any mass base either to deter SCjs.

The solution I propose is adding the text of RTR-Lokpal-clauses to the existing draft. In RTR-Lokpal-clauses, a citizen can walk to Patwari's office, give Rs 3 fee and register his support for upto 5 persons --- current Lokpal or any person who wants to be Lokpal. So if Lokpal is pro-common, many commons will register support for him. This will deter SCjs to take any action against Lokpal.

As per SCjs being honest, there is no evidence is that Policemen, Ministers are more corrupt than SCjs. So common sense says that SCjs are as honest as Policemen, Ministers or may be less, because they have more power than Policemen, Ministers. And there is no guarantee that SCjs in future will not be "as non-corrupt as" Sharad Pawar or Raja.

In 2002-03, I said that the proposed RTI act will provde defunct for common men because act has no provision for Right to Recall RTI Commissioner. So RTI Commissioners will all sell out and commons will be running from post to pillars as they do today. I requested numerous pro-RTI-activists to RTR-Commissioner clauses in the draft. Nothing happened. Lo and behold, almost all RTI Commissioner is busy making nexuses with IAS, Ministers and all major RTI applications land in dustbins. The same thing will happen in case of Lokpal, if there is no RTR-Lokpal-clauses in the draft.

Dear All, suppose all the RTR bills became very popular someday and getting big support from the people like Janokpal, after that what you will do for the enactment of these RTR bills as a law? Do you go to the political parties for their support like Anna team? because without the support of political parties how can you pass those bills in the parliament? please explain your views and plans.....

RTR will come only via mass movement, not with mercy of any political party.
We need two lakh committed persons who will give their 10 hours monthly time to inform all the citizens of India about these simple procedures in one year. When crores of people come to know about these democratic procedures , which will benefit them, they will demand them. And when, crores of people demand, these procedures will soon come.
Kunal, please read the draft of RTR-lokpal at http://www.righttorecall.info/405.pdf
. The draft is our leader, please talk to our leader and if you feel our leader is right, support our leader and arrange meetings with others also with our leader , the draft

Both judge and politician are united along with policemen and officials(like lokpal) and elite men and intellectuals in looting the common person. We call this nexus- Nbjrie(Neta-babu-judge-regulator-intellectual-elite) nexus. Only thing is who has more powers of these, takes away more of the loot.

Now, politicians want to take the loot. And those pushing for Janlokpal without right to recall , want regulators like Lokpal to take the majority of the loot. That is why all these -people supporting lokpal, judges, intellectuals, politicians and elite are fighting with each other for having the deal in their favour.

Only way is to have democratic laws in favour of the citizens like right to replace/punish the corrupt so that this nexus can be broken and corruption will then not be possible. Unless democratic procedures are bought, corruption will not reduce.

Please see some democratic procedures like `Transparent complaint procedure`, Right to recall-Judges, RTR-PM, CM, Jury system in chapter 1,2,6,7,21 of
